i was not an overnight guest so I cannot comment on the rooms at all. However, the service staff was great for the event I attended. Helpful, friendly, accommodating. The restaurant hosted an event and the food and desserts were fantastic. Great location for game day and close proximity to so many stores now that patriot place is so developed. Plenty of parking too! The public areas were very nice and stylish. Bathrooms had fancy thick hand towels (that's really how you know a place is fancy!) And lobby had fruit infused water! I would definitely stay here - maybe you'll bump into some players!
My overnight stay was great! The rooms are always clean and the hotel staff is always friendly and super helpful! Have stayed here multiple times and am always happy with my stay!
This is a very nice hotel. The location is right next to the New England Patriots stadium. The hotel seems fairly new and everything is in good condition.
Great place and location especially if you're a fan of the pats! Zack is the best, very nice and helpful. Very clean hotel. The only downside is that they don't offer things that most hotels do such as free wi-fi, free breakfast, there isn't a microwave or fridge.
I was so impressed with how well designed he bathrooms were. Total comfort. Also very clean. The wait staff were fabulous during our meals.
