The rooms at the Hilton are gorgeous and clean. The staff is courteous. Unfortunately, I specifically reserved a room with a tub and there weren't any coean at check in. I would have needed to wait 20 minutes but had to check in and get somewhere. They comped me breakfast, which included shells in the eggs and a very long hair in the fruit...
Positives: bed was incredibly comfortable & I loved the bathroom. The woman who checked us in was friendly & pleasant and so was the woman who checked us out of the hotel.
We stayed here for three nights and wanted to stay for three more!! This hotel has the best staff we have encountered in our traveling experiences. All staff was friendly, helpful and took the time to make you feel welcome. The hotel was clean and very accommodating as convient to major routes and right in the heart of Patriot Place! Can't wait to go back!
This hotel is definitely a great experience! It's as nice as you'd expect for a Hilton and access to a ton of bars and shops! Will definitely try to stay here whenever I'm in the area for business.
However, the staff working Saturday night around 11:30pm, were not pleasant. We asked where the nearest open gas station was; they directed us about 5minutes down the road to a station that was closed. The worst part, when we checked in, we immediately noticed a stain on the comforter (right by a pillow) and also a rip in the bedding as well- it was not fixed. Unsure if we will return here but it is unlikely.
Was here for work, and I have to say the staff was amazing from the front desk to the engineering team. The hotel is in the perfect location and very comfortable. Will recommend to friends and family that come this way for an event or a game.
