My only turn off about this was that as soon as we entered, the man at the front immediately wanted to put us at the bar (?) Even tho there was plenty of tables in the main dining area. We don't drink and we don't feel that the service would have been as good. The trash in the bathroom was also overflowing (yuck).
Great food and have always had good fast service! Usually never that long of a wait compared to other places here

I love their mushroom burgers. I always order it when I go there. I prefer going in the evening when there are fewer kids, since they seem to frequently have large groups of kids celebrating something or other. It gets too noisy for my taste. But the burgers are terrific. I liked their old location, too. The new location is a long walk from the parking lot, and I have trouble walking.
Our burgers were perfectly cooked and no mistakes.

Delicious burgers and they have gluten free buns which are very good! I have ordered takeout and sat down in the restaurant. They are always busy but for small parties you can generally get a seat right away.
The strawberry lemonade "speckled" had previously frozen strawberries which is mostly fine and what I would expect from a chain.
Even the hostess was friendly and asked us how our day was with genuine interest, very nice!!
Our server was great, very attentive and fast with the refills which is great. The one in Blackstone you have to wait 8 years for refills.
From the minute we walked in the door we had a fantastic experience. The employees are just fantastic. The food was excellent and at a great price point. I travel extensively for work and frequently eat in restaurants. This location has outstanding staff. Great job to the general manager.
