Lots of options
Have had lousy service here on multiple occasions but still give it a chance after months of cooling off and hoping things change. My server tonight was excellent but her helper SUCKED!!! Guess I come for the food and the ambience... definitely not the staff, and that includes management. Guess I'm a gluten for bad service. Now I come in here expecting bad service.

We live Bar Louie's! Normally have a great time and an amazing experience. This time, left alot to be desired. We do not normally come on $1 burger night however we thought we would try it. Why not, right? Well, wrong! My husband's burger had a hair in it, had a whole onion just slapped on top,and both of our burgers were really dry. Service was good as always but kitchen was definitely missing something tonight!
We were in town for two days & ate here both days. The waiter we had Saturday was one of the best waiters I have ever had. The place was quite busy but he had perfect timing for refilling our drinks & making sure we were satisfied with the food.
Hate speech. Make fun of customers. Corporate tell managers to only care about the bottom line. Corporate refuse to address concerns. They ignore their own request in Google reviews when email them (four times in a year). It is a shame to Patriot Place, which has good people and shouldn't reflect this.
