They listed a house we were interested in. Our agent showed us the house and when she spoke with the listing agent from better living, she was told that the agreement was being signed the next morning. We put in a back up offer in case that sale fell through. So unprofessional to have interested buyers look at a home that is essentially already under agreement. The kicker is that we were willing to pay more than it sold for! (closed today)
