Also ticket prices are on the high side for your average movie.
Lux is very accommodating to every whim. Great menu, drinks, and the Prosciutto and Brie flatbread pizza is excellent. Highly recommended.
Had an issue neither issue neither usher was helpful. Pretty sure one of them was super stoned. The soap dispenser in the men's room on the theaters to the left of the entrance does not reach over the sink.
However, because it is part of Patriots place the parking in a nightmare if you accidentally try to see a movie when there's a game or concert going on at Gillette. It took us an hour to get home after a soccer game (when it should have taken less than 20 min).
If you want to watch a movie this is the place to go! Family friendly - Tons of stuff to at Patriot Place. The theatre is clean and staffed with the nicest employees. Grab a bite from the restaurant right there for a delicious burger or mozzarella sticks. Kids loved the Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream served there as well. Highly recommend.
