I urge the Roberts and Sons Funeral Home to take an honest look at their methods and realize that their inadequacies and disorganization cause undue stress upon the grieving families.
Though I have not had to bury a family member yet, many of my older friends have been buried using Roberts and Sons. The Roberts family are caring and compassionate folks. They have an eye for detail. Bruce Jr. playing the bagpipes in full dress is a lovely touch , if so desired.
A professional compassionate family, we will not work with any one else.
Writing this review is hard because it forces me to relive our family's awful experience.
There were hiccups along the way, and those are expected, however the manner in which they handled these hiccups was stressful and prolonged our grieving. Solutions and alternatives were not provided until we demanded something be done. Our family was left just waiting.... In a time where we are just trying to lay our family member to rest.
But for the sake of others who have lost loved ones, I would like to express our dissatisfaction with the Roberts family and their ability to have a smooth funeral process.
My Mom passed away recently and we used Roberts and Sons funeral home for her service/funeral mass. They were so helpful, thoughtful and compassionate and thought of all the little things we were too upset to think about. It was perfect and exactly what she would have wanted. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is going through this difficult process. They ran things as smooth as possible. thank you
