One of the saddest days in my family's lives was made worse by this company, as they arrived almost 2 hours late with the flowers (casket spray and accompanying wreathes from the family) for my Grandmother's funeral - it caused unnecessary stress in an already stressful day. Furthermore, the company was not only unapologetic, but also seemed to think the situation was somehow comical.
Yesterday I received an arrangement from a friend. She had asked whether orange flowers could be included. The arrangement is absolutely beautiful. Seriously, the best!
