Nathan was very patient and knowledgeable. Upgrading two iPhones was stress free and the process did not take long. All existing emails, contacts, photos and apps were transferred to our new phones immediately. Highly recommended!

What a sharp contrast to our recent experience at the Verizon store across from the Emerald Square Mall in North Attleboro.
Farah helped me out today when my phone would not connect to my Bluetooth. He was very patient and assured me that it would be fixed and ended up reconnecting it. Farah was knowledgeable and friendly. The customer service at this store is so great that I will definitely be coming back.
I have been to a lot of different Verizon stores and this is the best one yet hands down! They don't try and sell you something you don't need just to make a sale. They explain everything and make it so simple. I delt with Nate but I noticed everyone else here is friendly and helpful!
