Crew came out, got a quote, said they could install next day, end of week, or early next week; I chose next day. Got a call early next day saying they were short staffed and that they actually can't make it to my house for another 4 weeks!!! This was a super simple job, supposed to take 2 hours. Would absolutely never recommend this place. I don't know how you survive as a business with these practices. WOW.

James is reliable, trustworthy, and meticulous about his work. Having an older house, there are many things that have needed attention over the years. James is always willing to come to the house, give an honest assessment of the situation, and complete the job safely and for a reasonable cost. There have been many times when I needed electrical work done, but was too busy to be home. I always feel completely safe leaving James a key, knowing that he will treat my home as his own. And I am always notified through text, email, or phone when he has arrived and when he has completed the work.
