I've rented several times with this group for work in the past few weeks and have been very happy. Great customer service, and very efficient process there. Will definitely come back!

Location sits on Route 1 across from Gillette Stadium and does not look like much since it sits in an old building and the lot is shared with parking for stadium events. Staff is helpful however I had an issue with insurance for the vehicle since they try to push additional coverage thats not needed. They took care of removing the coverage but we found out it was never added in the first place. They direct bill insurance for the rentals which is easy and the process is pretty seamless. I would recommend but their selection of cars fluctuates so you never know what you are going to get.
I rent here whenever my car is in the shop up the street. Very helpful and courteous staff. Good about dropoff and pickup services, and they've helped me out more than once when I needed a car on short notice.
I had the pleasure to work with Taylor who was extremely PROFESSIONAL and PATIENT with me. He helped me so much and allowed me to return my rental car at the shop where my car was getting repaired. I had a great experience there and I highly recommend this place. It's worth it. Thank you Taylor for all your help.
