I bought a brand new bike and an Onguard (A subsidiary of Todson) cable lock. And less than a day later, in front of my work, someone chopped through the lock in what had to be amazing speed as people are constantly entering and exiting the building. When I wrote a review on their Facebook page. They deleted my review and blocked me on there also.

I had a bike light that went bad after I had had it for over a year. I contacted Todson support to get some advice on how to fix it or to purchase a part that could get it working again. I didn't want to pay for a replacement. I didn't expect nor ask them to replace it after so much time. Just hoped for a little help. To my surprise, they sent a replacement. Wow! That's great customer service! I will definitely be looking for the brands Todson sells and supports when I get my bike stuff in the future. So cool. There's still some good businesses out there.
