Food was good, I have to compliment the fried mozzarella. Service was good, but nothing outstanding. However, I'm only giving 2 stars because they don't comp bus drivers. I asked the manager and he stared at me blankly like he never heard of such a thing and said "well we've never done that in the past".
Very nice. Good service but I must say that the chicken fingers are pretty small. You get 3 pieces of chicken with ~20 fries. Other than that, the prices were agreeable and the service was good. The tvs built into every booth were a nice touch.
We arrived at 5:45 waitress asked if we wanted apps. Said we needed to look at menu as we had never been here before. Took her 16 minutes to get drinks correct (4 sodas one beer and one glass of wine) and then when we saw on last page 1/2 price apps until 6 and asked her if we could get them she said " no" with a chuckle at 6:01- that it had ended. We said but you never came back - she argued about. Then all downhill. Food took more than an hour. Two meals came out cold and were sent back - one burnt - one completely wrong - the only person totally happy was a 6 year old with her mac and cheese. Everything was sooooo salty. Horrible food and service. Will never go back. One kid was actually sick with stomach ache before we even left. Do not go here. Wish I could give zero stars.
Sat @ bar for apps & drink on a cold December day. Bar staff super friendly & efficient. Food & drinks delish.
Other bus drivers will understand this but more often than not bus drivers don't have a choice but to eat where our groups go and spending 1/3 of my day's pay on an overpriced hamburger is not a fiscally sound decision, but I can't exactly take a bus through the drive thru on the way back to the hotel either. For a tour group to splurge in places like this occasionally is no big deal, but drivers are forced to endure these tourist traps on a regular basis.
I'm a tour bus driver and I took a group here last night. Looked like a cool place right next to Gillette Stadium and all.
Delicious food, with a fun atmosphere! Will definitely return with friends for comedy on the weekends, or dinner with the family.
Let me assure you we do have a great deal of influence over our groups as to where to go in the first place. I can promise you I will steer (no pun intended) my groups away from this place in the future for that reason alone. They are not a stand out restaurant in any way other than their location. We can get the same food at a diner where they ALWAYS remember to take care of the driver!
Most restaurants know and happily will comp a meal to a bus driver who brings in 20 people or more. Thankfully I had a great group who gladly paid for my meal.
